Mrs. Danielle Todesco
|
Hello! I am really excited to begin my third year teaching at St. John Eudes. My name is Danielle Michelle Todesco and I was born and raised in Hawthorne, CA. I am the fourth of five children. My main passions include: traveling, reading, hiking and spending time with loved ones. For nine years, I taught high school English, at both Hawthorne High School and Lawndale High School. During that time, I coached soccer at both the high school and club level; I was also the Youth Minister at St. Anthony’s in El Segundo. In regard to my education, in 2009, I obtained my Master's in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. I also have my elementary credential and English credential from California State University Dominguez Hills. A few interesting facts about me…I was a dual athlete in college (soccer and softball); I taught Kindergarten in Santiago, Chile, for two years (at a Catholic school). I have traveled to over thirty countries and I’ve lived in four different countries. I’ve taken high school students to various foreign countries (China, Costa Rica, Spain, France, England, and more...). For six years, I was a respite provider for two brothers with autism. There’s more to me, but you’ll get to find out more as the year progresses! I’m looking forward to meeting all of my new students and their family members.
